The Maru is look for applicants who are interested in researching with us on the shores of Lake Malawi in Africa. Lake Malawi is the most biologically diverse lake on the planet and is home to nearly 1000 endemic species of colorful cichlid fish. We conduct a variety of environmental and socio-economic research programs ranging from underwater population and biodiversity surveys using SCUBA to fisheries surveys to weather and water quality monitoring.
