Requirment for a first point of contact with clients, potential customersKey Account Manager, Sydney, Australia. AUS$70k-EU90k + Bonus

Company Overview: My client is a world leader in façade technology and efficient solar solutions – solar heat and solar power.

Position Overview:
My client is seeking a highly motivated and good natured individual to be the first point of contact with clients, potential customers and generally to help coordinate sales activities. This position will report to the Senior Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Perform initial qualification of the many incoming inquiries my client receives
- Research and provide reports on potential customers and market segments
- Engage potential customers to establish communication
- Be the key point of contact for customers and partners
- Coordinate and support marketing activities e.g. trade shows
- Populate and maintain customer information and contact database
- Help refine customer qualification and sales processes
- Generate formal price quotes and ensure proper follow up
- Assist with coordination and execution of NDAs
- Coordinate customer interactions

Education:-
Bachelors degree

Core Requirements:
- Customer-facing sales experience
- Ability to keep a good attitude and treat each inquirer with respect and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and productively
- Ability to grow into roles of increasing responsibility
- Minimum of 1 year experience in PV industry or general energy industry.

General Requirements:-
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in an environment of constantly changing priorities
- Energetic and willing to work long-hours in an entrepreneurial setting
- Strong desire to make the world a better place by providing a clean energy solution
- Facility with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel occasionally

Key Skills:-
-Solar PV, negotiations experience, logisitcs experience, solar products (wafers, ingots, modules and/or inveters) sales experience.
