My client develops, manufactures and markets high-quality photovoltaic products and provides core components in the value chain for the photovoltaic generation of energy.
Position Overview: Reporting to the Director of Sales, maximize revenues. They are looking to recruit 2 key account managers to oversee the European and South-East Asian y, UK, Hamburg, Berlin, Munich.
Responsibilities:-
- · New customer development, contract signing and achieve sales target set by HQ
- · Develop customer relationships and manage assigned accounts to result in continued revenue generation and high levels of customer satisfaction
- · Ongoing management and retention
- · Communicate with different functioning departments in HQ to coordinate relationships between customers and company
- · Weekly report on current performance and forward forecast, analyze current situations and develop solution to break through
- · Local market information collection, and periodically report to higher managers
Education:-
- · Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable;
Core Requirements:-
- · Three or more years of experience in sales in PV market; PV module, Wafers, Ingots, Systems or inverter sales experience preferred
- · Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously
- · Proactive attitude, high initiative to take on challenges and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- · Excellent teamwork, communication and intercultural skills
General Requirements:-
- · Ability to travel
- · Proficient with making impactful presentations
- · Ability to manage multiple projects in an environment of constantly changing priorities
- · Ability to work independently but within tightly controlled business policies
Key Skills:-
Solar PV, negotiations experience, sales experience and solar product (PV module, Wafers, Ingots, Systems or inverter) sales experience.
