Junior Project Manager, Frankfurt

My client is a leading Asian Manufacturer in the Electronics industry with a renewable business unit including Solar, Wind and Biomass products and projects.

Position Overview: Reporting to the Senior Projects Manager your job is to support actions in the Acquisition, Development, Approval and Execution of PV Investment Projects in different countries

Responsibilities:-
• Acquisition of new business partners and mentoring of business partners
• Supervision of project preparation until final investment approval
• Acting as coordinator among business partners, external advisors (law firms, technical advisors, Financial Advisors, others), internal departments.
• Investigation and analysis of business environment (economic, political, legal)
• Support in negotiations and execution of most relevant contracts

Education:-
• Strong educational background, undergraduate degree in an Engineering/Business or other related field.
Core Requirements:-
• You will have at least 2 years of Business Development/Project Development experience in the renewable energy industry, preferably solar.
• Proven ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
• Willingness to travel extensively

General Requirements:-
• Ability to manage multiple projects in an environment of constantly changing priorities
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems and detecting realistic solutions
• Ability to work on multiple projects

Key Skills:
Solar PV, strong business related background, complex stakeholder and customer management experience and the ability to create an grow a new business or function.
