• Contribute to activities relating to international collaboration on energy technologies, including CCS and CHP; help organise and participate in expert meetings and conferences on these topics. • Participate in quantitative and qualitative analysis of energy and energy technology policy issues, including legal and regulatory frameworks, related to CCS and other technologies as part of the IEA’s technology roadmap process; conduct research to support efforts to improve existing international co-operation and/or to develop new co-operation.
2. Drafting and Outreach
• Collect data, policy examples and analysis and lead the drafting of reports, information papers, and other IEA publications. Coordinate review and comment processes for IEA documents by contacting relevant stakeholders, receiving input, and incorporating comments into final documents. Work with IEA Communications office and other groups to produce final IEA publications via graphics, formatting, references and other duties. • Participate in the organization of meetings of the CERT and its subsidiary bodies, and other groups as required; participate in relevant meetings of the OECD and of other international organisations; provide support for the development of reports, analyses and information items for these meetings. • Develop and maintain contacts with external stakeholders, member governments, national organisations, industry and other institutions involved in CCS and other energy technology assessments. Participate in the organisation of appropriate workshops and seminars as required.
