Position Summary: We are offering an Invoice Control internship opportunity in our Global Data Operations department. Position responsibilities: Process supplier invoice and enter information into appropriate database templates. Create and maintain contract information within the database for designated geographical assignment. Aggressively resolve discrepancies with suppliers due to incorrect billing. Maintain various reporting information related to energy procurement activities. Develop standardized analytical resources for the Sourcing Team. Effectively communicate Summit Energy expertise to internal and external clients. Adhere to Summit analysis processes. Meet Summits client-specific data needs (hard copy files and database). Meet Summits work-flow tracking needs. Other duties as assigned.
Essential skills and qualifications: At least a junior standing in Business, Finance, Math, Economics, or related major Minimum 3.0 GPA Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office Products (focus on Excel) Strong attention to detail Strong analytical and problem solving skills Provide excellent customer service internally and externally Work well on teams, within and outside of function Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Authorization to work in the U.S.
Non-Essential skills and qualifications: Foreign language a plus
