Key job responsibilities include building relationships with key client corporate contacts, developing a client energy plan and gaining client approval, coordination of the energy plan from the customer’s perspective, elevating savings opportunities, and tracking and reporting progress to the client. This person will be based in Richmond (UK).

Position responsibilities:
- Coordinate all activities for key clients with client stakeholders and internal delivery resources
- Develop the client energy plan, gain client approval, and consensus from our internal resources
- Coordinate execution of the energy plan from the customer’s perspective, and provide regular reports (internal/external)
- Manage all aspects of client relationship so that client recognizes value being delivered, both strategically and tactically
- Track all energy activity related to clients and pro-actively elevate client savings opportunities, coordinate internal resources to deliver these savings, and track progress against energy plan
- Communicate customer needs to organization for further product/service developments/enhancements
- Effectively use knowledge of energy markets in specific countries to enable effective support and recommendations
- Coordinate client deliverables and expectations to internal resources
- Act as client advocate internally in order to achieve desired program results in accordance with client energy plan
Essential skills & qualifications:
- Experience directly interfacing with customers in a client relationship capacity
- Extensive knowledge of the energy industry that includes experience of supply contracts for large industrial and/or commercial end-users, and a proven track record of identifying cost-saving or value generating opportunities for large end-users
- Energy commodity sales, risk management, and/or Demand Side Management (DSM) experience a plus
- Minimum bachelor’s degree – Master’s degree preferred
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills)
- Organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent customer service skills, toward internal and external customers
- Good professional reputation; commitment to personal integrity and strong character
- Proficiency in a MS Windows environment (i.e. Word & Excel)
