CI’s USG policy team is seeking an intern to support efforts to raise the profile of CI and the importance of international conservation within U.S. Congress and U.S. Administration as well as among other key stakeholders. 
 
S/he will assist the USG policy team in their outreach efforts to Congress and the Administration primarily through conducting research, such as tracking and analyzing relevant US policies. S/he will also specifically be depended upon to read and analyze reports, papers, news articles, etc., on international conservation. This person will also compile content for the webpage, and prepare weekly summaries of U.S. current events intended for CI-wide distribution.
 
When needed, this person will also assist in administrative and logistical tasks, such as helping to organize internal and external events, such as CI-led briefings and workshops.
