Your key responsibility will be to utilise statistical data collected from the business to analyse trends.  In conjunction with the relevant manager you will develop process, activities and benchmark good practice to ensure a safe and environmentally friendly workplace, reducing accidents and incidents.  This will be achieved through root cause analysis and it is essential that you are able to communicate complex analytical/statistical information across the company.  In addition, you will work as a key liaison point between business units and HS&E teams.
As well as excellent communication skills, you will be proactive with proven analytical expertise.  Able to work to tight deadlines, you will have an understanding of the construction industry (civils) with site experience.  IT literacy with modelling skills and good working knowledge of the internet are also required.
