- A good Honours Degree in Recreation Planning, Urban Planning, Town Planning, Real Estate, Estate Management, Geography or related field of study
- A good Honours Degree in Architecture, Biology, Horticulture or Forestry will be considered
- Possess good leadership, administrative and communication skills
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
Appointment will be on a 1 year contract basis and salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience. Benefits include 14 or 18 days annual leave, medical and dental subsidies, sports and recreation facilities and group personal accident insurance coverage.
