Head of Sales (f/m) - International (Full-time)

With more than 15 years of experience and over 500 large and medium-scale customers, First Climate is among the leading project developers and service providers in carbon offsetting, green energy and water sustainability worldwide.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for:

Head of Sales (f/m) - International (Full-time)

Position located in Bad Vilbel, Frankfurt/Main (Germany) or remote

The First Climate team is made up of a group of dynamic, energetic and highly creative individuals who develop and sell carbon offsets and renewable energy products to their corporate clients. To complement this vibrant team we are looking for a “Head of Sales International”.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and execute of First Climate’s sales strategy for renewable energy and carbon offsets
• Coordinate and manage sales staff in Germany, Europe and the US
• Acquire, develop and manage key accounts
• Develop First Climate’s market position in the renewable energy market (RECs, GoOs, IRECs)
• Network with relevant stakeholders in the renewable energy and carbon markets and represent First Climate in related forums

Specific Requirements:

The ideal candidate has a relevant university background and a minimum of 10 years working experience in business development and sales. He or she has a solid understanding of renewable energy products and carbon markets and feels comfortable engaging with international counterparties on a strategic and transactional level. Fluent spoken and written English is required!
