As part of the ADE, we work with businesses, Government, Parliamentarians, academics and a huge network of stakeholders bringing together research, policy and politics in some of the most difficult areas of energy sector decarbonisation. The ADE is a small team who are passionate about making a difference in a culture that is collaborative, non-hierarchical and dynamic. In working here, you will have the opportunity to work with great minds from across the energy sector, to make a tangible contribution to the direction of decarbonisation and to develop professionally in leadership, the energy sector and research. About the roleThe ADE is recruiting for its Head of Research. This is an important role in the ADE, with responsibility for leading the organisation's research team. You will ensure that the team develops and delivers high quality research that can have an impact on policy and practice. This will include co-creation of new research ideas, securing funding, and managing the team to ensure that it is skilled, effective and integrated within the wider ADE.
