Our Marketing & Supporter Development Directorate is looking for an individual to lead the supporter team in growing and maximising the income we receive from individual donors, through the innovative acquisition, development and retention of members and other supporters. This role will lead in implementing strategy, delivering on annual plans and actively finding opportunities to develop the supporter journey.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable senior fundraising experience in relevant schemes and products. You will also be required to show experience of consistently hitting challenging income targets and identifying and developing opportunities for new activities. You will be a strong leader and manager with a consultative and open approach.
