Head of New Business Development

Maximising fundraising income will be a key objective, of course – but we’re also interested in engaging partners at a deeper level, by helping them to bring about lasting change within their own organisations. So while we’ll expect you to take an energetic approach to prospecting new partners and meeting income targets, we’ll also look to you to understand and communicate a variety of brand messages and change issues.

In addition to core skills in sales and account handling, you will need an impressive track record of developing and managing corporate relationships. A good decision maker, you will be capable of leading and motivating a team of your own – and will have the writing and presentation skills to quickly gain credibility with senior-level audiences.
