We have created a new role within our Communications Directorate to develop and lead on the strategy for visitor marketing nationally, and support the centre marketing managers in delivering on visitor targets and admission revenues at our centres. This is an exciting opportunity to become the voice of the visitor for WWT’s unique wetland centres. You will be developing and leading our national visitor marketing plan, and ensuring that national and local PR and marketing campaigns are maximised for effectiveness and return on investment.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of marketing a visitor attraction to the general public and increasing visitation. You will demonstrate the ability to devise and lead on a marketing strategy, whilst influencing a diverse and geographically spread team. You will also be able to translate customer research into actionable insights that help deliver on challenging targets.
