An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen on our senior management team to lead and manage RSPB Cymru's fundraising operations. As maternity cover this post will lead and manage a team of five including the grants, trusts, corporate and community fundraising arenas. This post will also be responsible for leading be responsible for leading on funding advocacy and ensure good progress on delivery of the work programme and income targets for 2011/12. £26,000 to £29,000
