Head of EPC

A global energy provider with successful business subsidiaries in 20 countries on 6 continents is looking for a Head of EPC to be based in either their Sydney/Melbourne office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and stable company that has a geographically diversified pipeline of utility-scale power projects. You will be given the autonomy to run the entire EPC function and will be working on large scale utility green field projects.

Job Responsibilities of a Head of EPC:

• Handle all aspects related to turn-key EPC - engineering, procurement and construction.

• Manages the full spectrum of Project Management

• Full autonomy to lead a dynamic team

• Bids submission, commercial proposals and risk management

• Definition and execution of O&M

• Definition of HSE and HHRR

Job Requirements of a Head of EPC:

• Degree in Engineering Technology, or preferably a degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Experience in all aspects related to turn-key EPC

• Background in Solar/PV projects.

• Possess strong leadership and management skills.

• Strong work ethic, positive team attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong Communication skills
