Greenhouse Gas / Air Quality Specialist

We are seeking a Greenhouse Gas / Air Quality Specialist for our San Francisco office.

Responsibilities:

• Researching and applying solutions to environmental problems
• Air pollution issues associated with power plant projects
• Global warming
• Stationary and mobile greenhouse gas emissions
• Other climate change-related issues and resulting impacts/effects on client operations
• Work independently and with a team of multi-disciplinary professionals
• NEPA and CEQA

Requirements:

• MS/BS in science or engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in air quality compliance regulations, modeling, monitoring, preferably in pipeline, power, offshore, and/or petrochemical sectors
• Familiarity with the NEPA and CEQA desired
• Experience working in California
• Strong familiarity with the regulatory environment and permitting procedures of California state agencies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
