Green Infrastructure Monitoring Officer Team:PND - Technical Team Job Family: Advising CBG 9 Salary:£30,516 - £33,182 per annum pro rata Hours:37 hours a week Location:Hybrid -Working from home and any CBC offices, including Priory House, Shefford. You will be expected to attend a CBC office location on a monthly basis, and as needed to carry out your role. This is a great time to join us on our journey. About the role We are looking for an individual who not only has great organisational skills, but who is passionate about the natural environment. You will be an enthusiastic professional who will use their strong field skills and good knowledge of all key environmental legislation and policy to engage with internal and external partners and stakeholders, to help monitor the making and delivery of site management plans that align with a range of CBC priorities including the CBC SANG strategy, Green & Blue Infrastructure Plan and LNRS. Working in our multi-disciplinary Technical Skills Team within Strategic Growth, you will work with our Planning Policy and Planning Delivery Teams to monitor the allocation of Strategic SANG sites, provide specialist advice in relation to planning applications at all levels and inputting into strategic plan making through the review of the local plan and supporting guidance documents.
