We are looking for an ambitious HR-graduate to help us to get even better at this.
Tasks and responsibilities
You will partly be working in our central group function and partly in our business units.
We will offer 3 8-month rotations and you will have the opportunity to influence your assignments to match your qualifications and interests. This is what we have in mind:
- Rotation 1: Training & Development in Fredericia (Skærbæk) with focus on the development of training programmes for DONG Energy Academy, talent development and performance management
- Rotation 2: At a DONG Energy location in the UK with focus on the HR business partner role, where you will ensure knowledge transfer from Training & Development
- Rotation 3: Training & Development in Gentofte with focus on employer branding activities and other tasks related to talent attraction and recruitment in general.
Your background and profile
We are looking for a newly educated candidate with a Master's degree in organisation and management, HRM, psychology or social science.
You are fluent in spoken and written English and Danish and you have no more than 12 months of relevant professional experience.
You should be among the top of your class and you are ready and eager to challenge your talents in order to become one of our future high potentials within one of our three career paths: management, project management or specialist.
