About the Job

Join a production team comprised of Oployees who are driven to deliver. We need someone who is very detail-oriented and passionate about final product quality. We are an agile shop, but we are not fanatics following a religion: we take the pieces that work for us and improve our processes from there. Most importantly, we are still a work in progress, so when we bring you in, you have a lot of room to influence what we do and how we do it.
As the Fulfillment Coordinator, you will be responsible for our growing inventory of printed collateral. You will maintain inventory records and collateral schedules. You will review the inventory records to determine ongoing order requirements, obtain estimates, and prepare and oversee orders from start to finish. You will also support planning, costing, and implementation of printed collateral projects, including mailing aspects, against deadlines and to budget. You will be the point person for all printed collateral.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory of printed collateral, ensuring we have what we need in stock when we need it and that we reorder as necessary
  • Process all printed collateral orders
  • Liaison between multiple teams to coordinate printed collateral orders
  • Point person for internal ordering tool
  • Ensure correct collateral arrives at destination lettershop/mailhouse on time
  • Ensure print vendors have accurate instructions and schedules for what collateral is being produced when and used when and for which clients
  • Review collateral proofs against approved artwork, confirming content, color, capability to be produced, and alignment with client’s brand standards
  • Investigate feasibility of new printed collateral projects
  • Coordinate resolution of collateral-related issues, determining root cause and corrective action
  • Ensure compliance with USPS regulations for all collateral projects

About You

  • You have a Bachelors degree and multiple years of experience in a fulfillment or production control position at a lettershop/mailhouse or equivalent
  • You have multiple years of experience working with the USPS with mailings, presort, and postal filings
  • You are comfortable working with complex projects with many competing constraints and multiple stakeholders
  • You have significant initiative – you thrive on delivering results and going above and beyond what is expected of you
  • You enjoy the “behind the scenes” aspect of operations/production
  • You do not rest until the job is done
  • You live by checklists and To-Dos but adapt well when all does not go as planned
  • You want to be part of a team where everyone pitches, regardless of their “official” job description or title – We're still a startup, so we all do a little bit of everything!
  • You have a knack for proofing (finding typos, mistakes, and difference between two versions)
  • You are very comfortable working electronically (email, pdfs, shared documents, online collaboration, etc.) – After all, we are a software company!
  • You like to bring order to large processes because you have a logic-oriented mindset (everything in its place…) and you see the big picture (and a place for everything)
  • You take multi-tasking to a whole new level and thrive when given the opportunity to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • You function well in a fast-paced, fun environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for delivering results is set high
  • You are self-managing and have the ability to adjust to competing priorities and allocate your time as necessary to get the job done
