Are you Hospitality minded individual with a passion to deliver a great service and going the extra mile?  If yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Front of House team at FSC Malham Tarn.

As a member of the front of house team in our Residential Centre in North Yorkshire, the ideal candidate will:work as a hands on member of the team, ensuring that the learning location is clean and tidy for visitors at all times

• assisting with the preparation and service of breakfast, lunches and evening meals for residential visitors and staff, and occasional meals for non-residential groups
• deliver a high level of customer service
• be able to work under pressure and be willing to adapt flexibly to changes within our continually developing learning location
• have the ability to multi-task effectively
• be willing to undertake training and development to further enhance their own skills and abilities

The hours of work are based on a notional average of 37.5 hours per week. The post will operate on a flexible shift pattern to include early mornings, evenings and weekends.  If resident, occasional overnight on-call duties will be required on a shared rota. Live-in accommodation is available with this post.

Salary full time equivalent: £13,125 per annum (actual pro rata salary is £12,304 per annum / £6.31 per hour).
