Do you want to become an important part of a leading centre for environmental education in greater London and Essex? If so, we are looking for enthusiastic, inspiring and committed environmental educators to join our dedicated education team at Rainham Marshes nature reserve. You will be delivering outdoor, hands-on, engaging curriculum-linked education sessions for a wide variety of school children but especially for secondary pupils.You will need to demonstrate that you are an excellent communicator and have previous teaching experience, particularly teaching outdoors, or experience of working with Primary and Secondary pupils. Some knowledge and experience of natural history in general, ecology and conservation would be desirable. We are asking for a passion for the natural world together with a high degree of flexibility and creativity and in turn, we can offer you the opportunity to be part of an outstanding team at an award-winning site.
