An experienced project officer is needed to work with farmers and their advisors to conserve and enhance populations of priority farmland birds in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. You will have a good understanding of lowland farmland in England, good knowledge of the ecology and conservation of farmland birds and be familiar with farming practices and their effects on farmland biodiversity. You will be experienced in working with farmers, have working knowledge of Environmental Stewardship and excellent communication and organisational skills.
