Experienced International Sales Manager, Germany, Europe

My client is an international supplier of thin film photovoltaic modules and is looking for an experienced export sales manager to oversee their existing sales teams and explore and develop potential markets.

 Responsibilities:

• Manage sales teams in Spain, Italy and France selling thin film solar photovoltaic modules to installers and distributors.
• Explore and develop key developing markets in Eastern Europe, Turkey, UK and Dubai.
• Sell to suppliers across Europe and close deals.
• Proactively source new clientele and provide support to your team members for the same.
• Report to the global head of sales in Germany on team progress and targets.

Requirements:

• Have extensive experience in thin film photovoltaic solar module field sales.
• Be able to manage a large, multicultural team of sales people effectively.
• Have a good network of contacts specifically within the installation and distribution industry in solar PV.
• Have to be energetic and proactive and enthusiastic about growing a business.
• Must have a solid knowledge of thin film modules.
