Description
The Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Development and Vice President of Foundation Relations provides administrative, logistical and project support in a fast-paced division responsible for raising funds for Conservation International from individuals and foundations. This position works closely with the Senior Vice President and services as a liaison for her with donors and staff. The ability to complete complex assignments across divisions and work proactively are key skills required for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain the SVP’s and VP’s calendars
Coordinate and schedule meetings
Make travel arrangements
Compile expense reports
Manage the flow of information and requests to the SVP
Produce Board meeting materials
Draft and review correspondence.
Use the Raiser’s Edge donor database to manage donor information for the SVP’s donor portfolio
Produce materials for donor visits and Board meetings
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment
Lifting under 20 lbs may be occasionally required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
Five or more years of Executive Assistant/Coordinator experience to a senior-level manager
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Preferred:
Four year college degree
Experience with donor database software—Raiser’s Edge preferred
