For the Equipment department which is part of the Global Sales & Projects organization at our global head office in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for an Equipment Project Manager to efficiently manage equipment projects.

Work Assignments

As an Equipment Project Manager you will be responsible for the daily management of the project team. In addition, your main responsibilities will cover:

 

• Carrying out project management according to development tasks in equipment management

• Making and maintaining a detailed list of tasks and time schedule for projects

• Planning availability of resources and initiating adjustment of plans

• Having the financial responsibility for the projects

• Communicating relevant project information to all partners and key functions in the organization

• Making a detailed specification of the output from the projects

• Participating in improving the project management process in Siemens Wind Power 

• Developing new lifting and transport equipment for offshore

 

Your Profile

You have a degree in Mechanical or Design Engineering combined with 5+ years of relevant work and project management experience. Preferably, you have technical experience with installation methods and equipment. As a person you are open-minded and proactive, and you have a result and quality-oriented approach to your work. Furthermore, you possess strong organizational and decision making skills, and you have the drive to motivate your team and create a good and inspiring work environment. You thrive in a multicultural environment and have excellent communication and English skills both orally and in writing.

In this position you can expect up 20-30 travel days per year.
