With our Middle East operations experiencing significant growth, within our DOHA office, we are currently seeking a degree qualified Marine Scientist with at least 6 years experience to join our team.  The successful candidate will possess the following;
  • Degree qualified in Marine Ecology / Marine Biology / Oceanography, from a recognised international university;
  • SCUBA recognised Scientific Diver Qualifications or ADAS Part 1 Commercial Diver Accreditation;
  • Boat licence and Advanced First Aid Certification;
  • Solid understanding of marine processes and the application of statistics;
  • Demonstrable experience of development and implementation of baseline ecological surveys, monitoring programs and associated EIAs;
  • Experience planning, managing and conducting complex marine science projects;
  • Ability to manage all aspects of projects including; your team, budget, technical documentation, scheduling and meeting deadlines;
  • Capable of developing and maintaining relationships with clients while actively seeking new business opportunities from new and existing clients;
  • It is essential that you be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills along with highly developed report writing skills.
