Environmental Education Project

This project is looking for interns to help with an environmental camp in a mountain wilderness area in the Western Cape of South Africa from the beginning of September to the second week in December, 2018. The camp will be attended by school groups and a variety of other groups. Programmes are tailor-made for each group and cover a broad range of topics and activities, ranging from predator research to fossil finding. Interns will get involved in all aspects of running the camp (e.g. helping to set-up the camp, helping facilitate hikes and outings, etc). This is a very hands-on experience in a stunning setting.

Interns receive free accommodation when on camp with shared kitchen facilities and small stipend of R3000 per month. Transport is provided to and from the environmental camp. Interns will provide their own accommodation in/around Cape Town whilst not doing camps.
