Role requirements We are looking for an environmental economist to support a wide range of policy projects within the environmental and energy market. It is likely candidates will either come from a consultancy in a project base role, or from an internal economics role within a governement organisation or academia.  

Ideal candidates will have 

·                          Degree in economics preferable

·                          Applied economics expertise to energy and environmental projects

·                          Experience of consultancy or policy delivery within the public sector environment

·                          Previous experience of winning and delivering projects

·                          Previous experience of leading teams

·                          Experience of policy design, analysis and appraisal, specifically focused on       environmental and/or energy issues

·                          Project management – managing complex projects and proposals
