Our client designs and manufactures electrical products for the oil and gas industry. Its products are used around the world by many of the major oil and completion companies. This role has arisen due to the company’s continued expansion. Your duties will include evolving management systems whilst maintaining compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 and other specific product standards. You are likely to have at least 10 years relevant experience in an engineering manufacturing environment, where you will have gained a deep knowledge of relevant EHSQ policies, regulations and standards. You will be NEBOSH qualified, and ideally hold an auditing qualification such as IRCA. Good planning, organisation, administrative and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to take and act on decisions. Proactive and driven by the need to add value to the business, you will have excellent networking and relationship management abilities especially with regulatory officials. Your analytical mind and problem solving skills will be put to use, as you will continually be analysing, developing and articulating the EHSQ needs of the company in this varied role. |
