Engagement Associate

As an Engagement Associate at Opower, you will be a critical member of the team that is responsible for the success of our Home Energy Reporting platform-enabled programs. You will work closely with a small team of Engagement Managers, supporting their efforts to build and strengthen client relationships at some of our most strategic accounts. Engagement Managers provide strategic oversight for the management and utilization of our cutting-edge product suite for utility clients and their customers; as an Engagement Associate, you will support and work with this team as well as with cross-functional teams of engineers, project managers, regulatory, legal and marketing professionals to help implement program strategies and initiatives with these clients. You will also take on full ownership for a small number of smaller clients. Specifically, you will create a variety of client-facing communications, including quarterly performance reporting; help prep for and participate in client visits; support our efforts to evangelize the use of behavioral programs to achieve energy efficiency across our client and regulatory base; and act as a project manager, making sure that our efforts to achieve client goals are ultimately implemented.
