Some of the other important stuff you’ll need to be good at: 
Finding and implementing new technologies, identify cost synergies, budget utilities, manage energy procurement, and energy-related projects. As well as:

• Project Management – manage various energy related projects 
• Utilities Procurement – reviewing utility rates, working with procurement, identifying sales opportunities & cross-client opportunities, advising & developing RFP’s for gas & electricity. 
• Energy Management – the core of this fantastic opportunity: developing initiatives, projects, monitoring usage, etc.

Qualifications required for this opportunity are that you do this job better than most people already to a Senior level, preferably with a leading player in the market (but not as good as this one), plus at least a Bachelors Degree (BA/BS).
