They are consistently setting global standards in energy efficiency and are considered to be market leaders due to the continual development of their innovative technologies. My client is currently looking for an experienced Energy Auditor to join their team in Belgium.

Position Overview:

My client is looking for an experienced energy auditor to join their highly experienced team. A strong candidate will have a background as an energy efficiency engineer with a strong aptitude for calculating energy efficiency and conducting energy audits. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in the field and take positive steps in advancing your career.

Responsibilities:

• ·         Calculate and assess energy savings
• ·         Conduct energy audits on designated projects
• ·         Prepare customer proposal development and formal presentations
• ·         Complete energy balance for a potential project, and then undertake calculations of savings that will result from retrofitting the existing configuration
• ·         Work in accordance with Swiss and European lighting regulations and standards e.g. energy efficiency EN15232
• ·         Work with sales, project management and performance assurance teams effectively

Education:

• ·         Will have a strong educational background in a related vocation i.e. BSc/MSc in Engineering, Energy Auditing etc

Core Requirements:

• ·         Have a proven record in conducting Energy Audits.
• ·         Strong knowledge of basic engineering principles and calculations
• ·         Must understand the contractual aspects of Energy projects
• ·         Have existing knowledge manufacturers construction types, levels of efficiency and their analysis and application

General Requirements:

• ·         Must be willing to relocate to Belgium
• ·         French and German languages are a bonus
