We are looking for an enthusiastic Climate Change Officer to work for a Borough Council in the South East. This is a new post and you will hold sole responsibility for sustainability within the region. You will help to develop and manage the Council’s strategy on climate change and identify substantial energy savings. In charge of all the council’s corporate property, you will coordinate all aspects of energy management, waste management and sustainable development. A relevant energy management, electrical, mechanical, building, science or facilities degree is required. You will also be comfortable identifying external funding opportunities as well as analysing data and energy auditing.
