Electrical Engineer for Solar PV, East Coast, USA

My client is a leading provider of renewable energy systems, small and large, across the USA. Owing to an increase in demand, they are looking for an experienced electrical engineer to be involved in the installation of solar turnkey projects and to join a fast paced and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Will be fitting electrical systems for large and small scale solar projects for both commercial and residential clients.
• Attend client meetings in order to assess the relevant needs and to advise clients on viability of projects
• Will be designing and originating electrical systems for large and small scales.
• Will have to co-ordinate with project managers so as to ensure all requirements are met
• Ensure that all projects are met to strict deadlines thereby ensuring that a high level of client satisfaction is maintained

Requirements:

• Will have 3-5 years experience in electrical engineering of domestic and commercial scale projects
• Solar PV experience is advantageous
• Must be proficient in Autocad so as to produce schematics
• Will have degree level qualification in electrical engineering or related field
• Will adopt a proactive approach to your work and be able to work individually and take the lead when necessary.
