The post holder will manage an education team to inspire and enthuse young people about wild birds, biodiversity and the need for their conservation. The post holder and the education team will deliver a lifelong learning programme of positive first-hand experience of the natural world, gained through activity-based environmental education and youth work. The post holder will have experience of a range of environmental education, will have excellent people skills and good organisational skills.
