Responsibilities:


  • Client management and project management

  • Overseeing preparation and quality control of all work products prepared under his or her direction

  • Budgeting and scheduling

  • Supervising research, data analysis, report writing and preparation of presentation

  • Directing subordinates and determining staffing needs

  • Business development for current and prospective clients

  • Coordinating with sub-consultants and other disciplines

  • Frequent travel may be required.

Requirements:


  • Master’s degree Environmental / Water Resources Planning or engineering, or other related disciplines.

  • 6 to 8 years’ relevant experience in the environmental planning sector.

  • Candidates with proven project management and business development ability will be highly regarded.

  • Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.

  • Strong communication and coaching skills are essential qualities to successfully work on our teams with diverse disciplines and cultures.
