E.ON Climate & Renewables Nordic is looking for a Project Manager Norway
Job Purpose
•To identify good wind sites onshore in Norway
Accountabilities
The post holder will report directly to the Market Manager ECR Nordic. The post holder will be accountable for the following: •M&A - transactions of potential targets suitable for the ECR portfolio •Greenfield o Proactive and passive identification-, evaluation and business models resulting in attractive onshore wind sites in Norway o Contacts and relations with landowners (private as well as companies) in order to promote wind energy and E.ONs business models •Contact with different stakeholders in the Norwegian industry, politicans etc •Negotiations and closings (signing of different land lees-, investments- and M&A- contracts/agreements) •Internal decision processes of investment approvals to the central ECR Management Board in Düsseldorf
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
The post holder will have: •Degree in economics, engineering and/or law •Large interest for the technical aspects of wind energy as well as for sales and business development •Skills to see possible business opportunities from the renewable industry linked to E.ON's objectives to fulfil company goals •At least 2-3 years experience of the renewable industry and 3-4 years experience from sales/business development •Team player experience as well as experience from individual work •Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate on different levels with internal and external decision makers
Attractive if the post holder has: •Degree in economics as complement to the engineering background •Experience from M&A projects •Proven ability to work in a high performance team in a fast growing industry
