Director, Technical Services

Light House Sustainable is poised for further growth and
seeks a committed, motivated, and creative professional to
join the leadership team as Director of Technical Services.

This position will be responsible for developing Light
House's mission-based consulting, technical assistance and
research projects. Light House is a professional,
entrepreneurial organization focused on helping BC's real
estate and construction industries embrace sustainable
practices.

As the successful candidate you will have a minimum of
5 years experience in green building services, developing
business opportunities and managing projects.

Ideally you have functioned successfully at the
decision-making level within a professional services company
(architectural, engineering, development, etc). You have
brought in new work, delivered projects on time and on
budget, worked alongside clients and have experience in
managing teams.
