My Client is a leading firm which focuses on the origination, innovation and development of Clean Energy solutions globally.

 

Responsibilities:-

  • Develop and execute sales strategy across all geographical areas
  • Exceed company sales quotas by managing the sales team, developing and executing sales plans, and selling
  • Generate leads and improve process for identifying, qualifying and closing new clients
  • Help close big deals and manage smaller transactions
  • Develop and maintain solid client relationships for continued sales growth
  • Consistently forecast and regularly report results to the Board
  • Market research and identification of deal opportunities
  • Structuring the commercial details of the deals,  and directing deal negotiation activities with stakeholders
  • Directing activities to obtain project approvals, licenses, certification and special operation concessions from respective government departments
  • Originate new business in the clean technology/ green technology industries  
  • Business analysis and project risk management, contract negotiation, internal and external approval process handing
  • Manage the implementation of strategies to achieve the company’s objective

 

Requirements:-

 

  • You will have at least 7+ years experience managing a sales team
  • Must have strong educational background (MSC or MBA)
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Must speak fluent English
  • Able to present & discuss complicated investment products to sophisticated internal and external audiences
  • Clear track record for consistently exceeding revenue and booking goals
  • Proven track record successfully managing client relationships
  • Proven track in negotiating and closing complex sales transactions
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel when required
