Context: Oversees all finances for the Climate Solutions campaigns of the Climate Recovery Partnership and their associated projects. Evaluates the operational efficiency and directs the operational development and implementation of the Climate Solutions Campaigns.

Scope: The Director of Campaign Operations is responsible for centralizing the operational functions of the Climate Solutions Campaigns and streamlining financial operational activities. Manages program operations and program growth which includes facilitating campaign staffing, developing and managing budgets, establishing timelines and goals, and conducting seasonality planning. Provides guidance on all required project and grant reporting and takes appropriate steps to ensure all reporting deadlines are met. Responsible for ensuring campaign operations are in compliance with all Club policies.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • B.A./B.S. degree in Business, Administration, Environmental Studies/Political Science or closely related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ year's related work experience in a management level position.
  • 5+ year's related work experience with bottom-line responsibility in developing and monitoring budgets.
  • Prior experience in program development, budget development, and program implementation.
  • Proven staff development and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work constructively and cooperatively in large organizational structure.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • The position is based in San Francisco, but travel is required to oversee operational issues across the country.
