Director-Corporate Social Responsibility

The wind power market is growing within SEA as it slows elsewhere. Taking this opportunity, a solid player in the international wind development market is expanding their regional team. This Director of Corporate Social Responsibility is a critical role to ensure the organisation has a positive impact on society and the environment while reaching its business objective of expanding into SEA. Director of Corporate Social Responsibility will serve as a steward/champion across the entire CSR landscape.

Responsibilities:
- Director of Corporate Social Responsibility is responsible for designing an overarching CSR strategy for the Company and for crafting relevant goals, policies and programs. Director of Corporate Social Responsibility is responsible to expand and elevate the Company’s understanding of the expectations of consumers, customers, employees, investors and the broader society with respect to responsible corporate citizenship.
- Director of Corporate Social Responsibility will work closely with senior leaders, leading the effort to fulfill the commitment to CSR in the design and implementation of the business strategies and operational objectives of the company. He will be responsible for interacting frequently with the Company’s Executive Leadership Team and leaders of business and corporate functions, mobilize the organization and collaborate in the development and implementation of CSR policies and programs.

Core Requirements:
- Due to the seniority and profile of this role a solid 15+ years of experience is assumed. Top-level connections in Thailand and throughout SEA is a must. Experience in the energy sector would be preferred.
- As this role is based in Thailand, fluency in Thai / local residence or citizenship is a major benefit. Due to the scarcity of this talent globally, the role is open to all nationalities with re levant SEA experience.
