Our international team of marine scientists, economists, lawyers and advocates win specific and concrete policy changes to prevent the irreversible collapse of fish populations, marine mammals, plus other sea life and their ecosystems from overfishing, disrupting fishing practices and pollution, amongst others Position Summary OCEANA seeks a Development Officer to join the Development team and contribute to the fundraising goal. This is an exciting time at Oceana! We’re looking for someone to be part of our dynamic and forward looking global team. This full-time (maternity cover) position. The Development Officer is a member of Oceana Europe’s fundraising team. S/he will work with the Senior Development Director to produce high-quality proposals to be sent to institutional donors. Major Responsibilities Under the supervision of and in close collaboration with the Senior Development Director, the Development Officer will be in charge of the entire grant application process for a set of institutional donors.
