We are looking for competent Design Engineers to strengthen the CAD Design team in our Canopy team within the Engineering department. The team is responsible for the design and construction of the nacelle and hub, including most of the internal components and the cabin.

Work Assignments

As a Design Engineer you will be working with 2D and 3D CAD design (using Inventor) in close cooperation with the production and the Service department.

More specifically, your work assignments will cover:

•           Designing and developing mechanical solutions in 2D and 3D

•           Documenting the specification foundation

•           Evaluating existing design solutions

•           Being responsible for case handling and optimizing components and systems

Your Profile

You have an educational background as a Production Technologist combined with minimum 1-2 years of CAD design experience and preferably project management experience.

As a person you are outgoing and proactive, and you possess the ability to work independently and in teams. In addition, you are structured and innovative, and your approach to task solving is both technically sound and commercially viable. You have the ability to interface at all levels in a dynamic environment, and you possess strong communication and English skills both orally and in writing.
