Summary: Relieve managers of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Work with Step 1, scanning all folders
· Keep a check list of those folders
· Help with attaching scans in SalesForce
· Help with data entry of inventory tracking
· Other functions as time permits

· Education/Experience:
o High School Diploma; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Language Ability:
o Clear, effective communication skills
· Reasoning Ability:
o Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
o Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
· Computer Skills:
o Knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Internet software; Project Management software and SalesForce contact management systems preferred.
