Customer Services Representative

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS

SunEdison is looking for a temporary Customer Services Representative to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent multitasker with stellar communication and problem solving abilities, and be proficient with Microsoft suite. 

This position is temporary but could potentially turn into a permanent, full-time position on the team. This position also involves early morning hours and the schedule will start at 6:00 a.m. since it will involve providing customer service and resolving issues for our East Coast clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties will include answering phone calls, entering information into Salesforce, filing documents, addressing client concerns and additional customer service and administrative tasks as they develop.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE

• ·         Must have at least 2 years experience in a customer service or related position.
• ·         High school diploma or general education degree.
• ·         Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. 
• ·         Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. 
• ·         Ability to work early mornings, starting at 6:00 a.m.
