Position: Customer Service Supervisor Department: Marketing Dept Location: Qidong, Jiangsu, China
Responsibilities:
1. Handling customers’ daily questions and inquires. 2. Administrating and filing sales contracts and other related documents, establishing and developing CS policies and procedures. 3. Providing good after-sales service and maintaining company’s good image. 4. Making customer surveys and statistical analysis, and establishing customer database.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree. 2. At least 2 years customer service experience. 3. Good English communication skills, overseas study experience will be a plus. 4. Strong analysis capability and having intimate knowledge of customers’ needs. 5. Good personality and easy-going.
