Customer Service Advisor Salary - £20,507 Locations – Sheffield, Rotherham Grade - Staff Grade 2 Post Type/ Working Pattern - Permanent, Full Time, Part Time Interview Dates - XXXX About us If you’re part of the Environment Agency (EA), you’re part of the solution. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team and we are looking for motivated enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about the environment to work within our contact centre. Our full-time roles mean you will be working 37 hours per week across Monday – Friday on a fixed shift pattern, but we can offer part time positions working as little as 22 hours per week. The Environment Agency is committed to creating a better place for people and wildlife and as a Customer Service Advisor within the Environment Agency’s National Customer Contact Centre you will be joining a friendly diverse team working together to protect and improve the environment. You will engage with a wide range of customers taking inbound calls, but don’t worry if you lack experience in this area – it’s more important that you are able to provide an excellent customer experience. You will be supported to be the best you can at your job, and fully supported to be yourself in the workplace. You will be required to have an incident role and make yourself available to respond to incidents, or provide business continuity support during an incident. This may attract an additional payment and full training and workplace adjustments will be available to support you with your incident role. What do I need? Ideally you will have worked in a customer service role before, but if this is your first role or a career change don’t worry as we provide all the training and support you’ll need.
