Currently, MOM’s has 5 stores located in Rockville, College Park, Alexandria, Columbia East and Frederick, MD.

Duties:The Customer Service staff is located at the Customer Service Desk and they walk the aisles seeking out ways to make the customers' experiences as positive as possible.

Customer Service Staff is responsible for making the MOM's customer's experience one that will keep them coming back. They make sure that we have our free coffee made and that the area is clean and inviting, they are there to answer questions about our products and to help locate them, they take returns and answer and direct phone calls and do whatever else they can to assist customers and keep things running smoothly.
Qualifications:Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills. They must have a desire to learn about the products MOM's offers. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude who seek continual improvement and MOST importantly we are looking for people who share our values!!!
